Directions
Directions from Bury St Edmunds:
Follow the A134/Sicklesmere Rd for 14 miles bypassing Long Melford. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A131/Melford Rd. Holgate Cottage is 0.3 mile on
the right. Slow down well beforehand as you will need to take a sharp right turn into the bridle path which leads to the property. There is parking available in the grounds.
Directions from Colchester:
Follow the A134 for approx. 13 miles to Sudbury. At the first roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A134/Northern Rd. Continue to follow A134 Go through 3
roundabouts until past Tesco’s. At the 4th roundabout at the bottom of the hill, take the 1st exit onto A131/Melford Rd. Holgate Cottage is 0.3 mile on the right. Slow down well
beforehand as you will need to take a sharp right turn into the bridle path which leads to the property. There is parking available in the grounds.
Directions from Sudbury:
Follow the A131 Melford Road for approx. 1 mile passing over the new Zebra Crossing and Woodpeckers Day Nursery on the left hand side. Slow down at this point as you will need to take a left
turn into the SECOND bridle path 100 yards past Woodpeckers which leads to the property. There is parking available in the grounds.
